• Starting Area Changes

  Hey there Everyone.

  
  With all the changes plotted out, we are now ready to start implementing them. The full list of changes to the first 15 levels are described in the attached forum thread.

  
  As these changes occur, we'll be closing the Realms that will be deleted and teleporting players from them to the Mountain Path. Do not worry if this occurs.

• Booster Packs

  We'll soon (within the next couple of weeks) be running a promotion across many MMO / browser game sites whereby they will be giving away special codes which will be redeemable by both new and current players.
  
  When redeemed, the code will apply a Booster Pack to your game account (max 1 per player) which will include the following (note the contents may change):
  
  - Increase Max Stamina
  - Additional Backpack Space
  - Legendary Set (low level item set)
  - Reserve Stamina
  - Various Potions (more useful for new players, but usable by everyone)
  
  We'll give you a list of websites that you can get codes from once the promotion goes live :)

• Further starting area notes.

  We have just put up the rest of the information for the coming Starter Area adjustments. These have been added to the attached thread.

  
  We are now gathering the Dummy tiles we will be moving and when we start putting the changes into place, a new news post will be posted, warning everyone as to what is happening.

• Global Event - Zombie Yeomen II

  It is a dark day. On this day, many years ago, the beloved Royal Family of Albiton were brought low by the insidious attack of a nameless Necromancer. The Albiton Family had potent Alchemists, who worked wonders with their potions. The Necromancer, fearful of this power, poisoned the Yeoman Guard of the Royal Household and raised their dead bodies. Thus the Royal House of Albiton fell. Trapped in their own towers with their own undead Guards preying upon them.

  
  Now, the Yeomen have risen again across the land. The Warrior of the Realms must destroy them. If you aid in this task, you can earn the potions of the fallen House.

  
  

  Zombie Yeoman (Level 25)

  
  

  
  The latest Global Event in Fallen Sword is now underway! In the Event, the Community must work together to destroy the Zombie Yeomen infesting the realms.

  
  Each player must earn a personal target for increasingly powerful potion rewards (mouse over the event info on the World page for more details) while also helping the Community to attain the best total kills possible, unlocking the rewards for all.

  
  The Event shall be live until 13:00 (Server Time) on Friday the 24th of May.

  
  

  Battered Peasants Chest	Plain Commoners Chest
  Studded Merchants Chest	Padded Nobles Chest
  Emblazoned Royal Chest

  
  For each tier that the community completes the reward will increase as follows:

  
  

  Bronze:	1 x Battered Peasants Chest
  Silver:	1 x Plain Commoners Chest
  Gold:	1 x Studded Merchants Chest
  Crystal:	2 x Padded Nobles Chest
  Ruby:	3 x Emblazoned Royal Chest

  
  If you qualified, the reward(s) will be delivered to your mailbox shortly after the event ends.

• Newest HCS Family Member

  Hi there Everyone.

  
  You may notice that Hoofmaster is not quite as active at the moment as usual. There is good reason for this as he and his wife are happy to announce the birth of their first child, a new bouncing baby girl! The little so & so really wanted to meet them and decided to greet the world five weeks earlier than estimated! However, Mother and Daughter are both doing well and Hoofmaster pops in after visiting them to get quick status updates with us. He always has a big smile on his face, which just gets bigger whenever you ask how it feels to be a Dad.

  
  So congratulations to Hoofmaster and his Wife on their new Daughter!

• Server Maintenance

  We'll be taking the Hunted Cow servers down tomorrow for an hour at 1:00pm (BST) / 8:00am (EDT). Fallen Sword should stay up and running but may have slightly increased page load times while the Hunted Cow portal is down.

  
  Please make sure you login before this down time if you wish to play during it. As you'll be unable to login while our servers are offline.
